Due to my travels I’m often asked what are some of the things that I do to stay fit and trim. Honestly, I could trim a bit more but that’s only my opinion. :)
In today’s video I’ll share with you a strategy that I use all of the time when I’m traveling to manage my weight. Even when I’m not traveling I’ll do this as well. It’s simple; on one side of the strategy you can eat a lot of food! And I like that because I like food. :)
