Hello! I’m in the car with my bird, Winnie, taking a quick mental break from the day-to-day grind. I’m definitely not exempt from needing to clear my head or from needing breaks from ‘life’; however, I’m very careful about the time I allow myself and what I do with the time spent away.

What are some of the things YOU do to give yourself a mental break? Are they allowing you to regroup or become distracted and further from reaching your goals?
