Is my transportation covered?
It is your responsibility, as the customer, to arrange for and cover all costs related to travel prior to the specified departure time and location and also after the return arrival.  Gary Coxe is not responsible for any costs incurred prior to or after the trip, unless otherwise specified in writing.  Further questions may be directed to [email protected]

What if I have a food allergy or other special need?
Please communicate any and all special needs or requests to your contact with Gary Coxe or let us know at support@garycoxe PRIOR to your trip.  We are typically able to accommodate to reasonable requests.

REFUND POLICIES:
Since Gary Coxe offers many non-tangible irrevocable products we do not issue refunds once a digital order is accomplished and the product download link is sent.  As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site.  To further clarify, all sales for digitally delivered downloads (mp3 format programs, audiobooks, PDF files, etc…) are final and will not be refunded.

We do understand that there may be special circumstances.  Although all the products are tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. You should contact us for such issues at [email protected].  We keep the right to rectify the error or defect, with no issue of refund to Customer, within 72 hours of notification. If any deficiency is approved and we fail to correct it within 72 hours from the date of the initial complaint letter or any other notification provided by a Customer, the refund will be issued to the customer in full without any compensations or reimbursements. Physical products purchased may be returned, in original packaging, for a full refund if returned within 30 days.

Event tickets are non-refundable, but are transferable.  Gary Coxe does honor a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee at his LIVE, Staying Conditioned For Success, events.  If, after attending Gary’s Staying Conditioned For Success event, in its entirety, you don’t leave satisfied, we’ll refund your investment for the ticket price!  Refunds for tickets sales honored, in person, at the end of Gary’s event only.
